Based in Bend, Oregon Throwback Books is a burgeoning small press company dedicated to publishing innovative writers in a retroactive style. Somewhere between mimeographs and cut-and-paste punk posters are our 32-page, typewriter written, perfect bound chapbooks of authors that enjoy our approach to publishing--- as we enjoy their approach to words.

We will also be publishing I, Contact--- a lit mag showcasing poetry and short-shorts from authors we have found or authors who have found us. Please follow the link to the left for more information.
